dict-freedict-eng-wel software package provides Dict package for English-Welsh Freedict dictionary, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dict-freedict-eng-wel
dict-freedict-eng-wel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dict-freedict-eng-wel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dict-freedict-eng-wel *
You will get with dict-freedict-eng-wel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
